There is a natural and seasonal stream that flows through 460. It was one of the features that made us fall in love with the property. A bridge went over it and to the two buildings and jacuzz in the backyard.
One of the first things we did was to dig it out before there was a storm to avoid any flooding. After we decided to tear out all of the deck and structures we realized if we were to change it’s course we could have a lot more room in the backyard to work with.
