Google
We’ve focused most on the Google/ Nest line of home automation. With multiple speakers and displays set up throughout the cabin.

Echo
With various Echo devices, you can test out the technology or use them as you already used to.

Siri
Apple users will be familiar with Siri and Homekit. The available ipad and siri speaker will allow you to test Apple’s take on smart home control.

Nest Audio - $200
Two nest audio speakers are set up in the Bedroom that can be combined to form a stereo pair. Listen to your favorite music, control various devices throughout the home, or say “Play Sleep Frequencies” To be lulled to sleep while the bed assists with it’s vibration function.

Nest Mini
Multiple Nest mini’s are provided that can be set up around the cabin wherever you find most convenient for voice control or to listen to music in every room at the same time.

Nest Hubs - $200
Nest Hub - First and Second Gen (With gesture control) are provided. They can play music, assist with voice control, watch the security cameras, youtube videos, and more.

Nest Hub Max - $229
The Nest Hub Max can do everything the regular nest hubs can do and more. It has a much bigger screen, better speakers, and a camera that can be accessed to act as an indoor security camera. (There is switch to turn it off completely) It works great in the kitchen to follow recopies, keep track of the security cameras, make timers, or just listen to music.

Nest Doorbell - $179
The nest doorbell fits right in with the rest of the Google ecosystem. It’s a smart door bell and works great for deliveries and especially with a short term rental.

Nest Learning Thermostat w x3 Temp Sensors
This lets you control the heater remotely, via voice, the app, and will learn your behaviors and adapt to you.
It also comes with three Nest Temperature Sensors which can be placed in different areas to tell the device which to base it’s temp off of. In other words you can tell it to keep it the right temp based off of which room and not just where the base station is.

Smart Door Locks w/ Fingerprint - $378

This is great for letting renters in with a changing code, a fingerprint sensor for you or your guests, and the ability to lock and unlock it remotely. Also receiving notifications when it’s used.

Nest Protect x3 - $357
Nest Protect smoke and CO alarm.
There are three of these smoke detectors, one in each room and one in the kitchen. They are very sensitive, LOUD, and will let you know at even the hint of a problem.
They can also be programmed to light up when they detect motion, which is great for walking around at night.

Philips Hue

The Philips Hue Hub lets you control the lighting from anywhere in the world, or by voice when paired with one of the smart assistants. It also allows for various lighting effects, motion triggers, and controls.

There are various color, white, and ambience bulbs set up throughout the cabins. They can be reconfigured to your liking. A new premium entry light has been added to the front door to really make an impact when approaching the cabin.

There are 3 Remotes that can be added for a more traditional control of the lights as well as motion sensors that will automatically turn on selected lights when movement is detected.
Govee

These lights which mount behind the tv can see what’s on the tv and adjust their color accordingly.

Place the strip lights where you want for even more cool lighting effects!

An outdoor Govee lighting strip can also be placed where you like for setting the mood and adding all kinds of special effects like fire, or water, it will even synk with your music and can be controlled remotely or via voice.
Solar Lights

There are a TON of solar lights to choose from. These make walking around in the dark a lot easier and make the properties look fantastic at night.

There are various motion sensing solar lights for security or to help you see where you are going. They are bright so it’s nice that they turn off when not needed.
