Got Trailer

What do you do when you need to remodel the house you also have to live in? You get another one! Or at least that was the idea. Truth be told we only stayed in the trailer for one night. After that it snowed and I was working on the design for the re-model. Then we decided to divert the coarse of the natural and seasonal stream that went through the backyard. Then we would end up trying to buy the rental cabin across the street.

The trailer is really nice though! It feels like a nice apartment inside and works great as a guest house and the plan was to keep it so we could rent out 451 and stay in the trailer while we remodeled 460. Something like that. It has the same advantages for the future buyer.
