451 was the most popular rental cabin on the street before we bought it. One reason is that it has its own personal snow sledding hill next to it. Acquiring the lots and the cabin means the buyer has a huge side yard to enjoy. Either for renters or yourself.

There are two lots, each of which could be used to build a cabin or combine to build something bigger. The comps in the neighborhood range from 400-750k.

One of the best things to do at night in Big Bear is watch the night sky. The low light pollution and high altitude lend themselves to a very clear view.

We built an “Observatory” to take advantage of this. Use the provided telescope or camera(s) to capture amazing astrophotography - all from the comfort of a huge bean bag. Hook up the heated blanket and you’re in for an experience.

During the day there is also a standing desk to get some work done or - whatever you want!
