Live Here

Big Bear Lake isn’t just a place to live it’s a completely unique lifestyle. With its distinct seasons and truly small (but not too small) town feel - Big Bear isn’t just a resort destination, it’s a place you can call home.

Big Bear is safe, quiet, and has plenty of things to do. The local businesses have almost everything you need and if you want something else Amazon just started doing next-day deliveries (YES!) and anything else you could want is a quick trip down the mountain.

The locals are friendly, it’s only crowded on some weekends, holidays, and when it snows. You’ll learn to avoid the crowds and the Cabins have two ways to go in and out which makes it a lot easier to avoid traffic. The lots are on a slope and have plenty of empty areas so you can enjoy your own sledding slope and place to play in the snow.

Having two cabins across from each other makes having friends and family over easy and convenient - they have their own guest house but also plenty of room to hang out together around the fire or next to the seasonal stream.

Don’t forget that Big Bear is within a Forest so there are lots of animals to watch and the air is very clean.

There are so many things to do and places to explore that you could spend a lifetime experiencing everything Big Bear has to offer.

Perhaps the best part - is its potential. Big Bear has been experiencing an unprecedented amount of growth, the secret is out. Big Bear is the place to be - whether living or renting - Project Alcove would allow for both at the same time.
