Stream Diversion

The natural and seasonal stream that used to go down the middle of the property - well, like our minds, we changed it’s course. We figured if we moved it to flow around the outer edge of the property it would give us, and you future owners, more room. It accomplished exactly that but wasn’t the easiest thing to do.
It’s weathered a couple storms since the change and there isn’t any danger of flooding. We checked with the city, had a civil engineer double check it, and it’s ready to be refined and made to look better. I would still change the corner so there is a mini - “Lake” there and pump some water so that it’s artificially flowing year round.
