460 was not the kinda place my Mom would stay in, especially in the state it was in. So she rented out the cabin across the street - which little did we know we would end up buying about a year later. She also missed me and was considering buying a cabin up in Big Bear. She definitely missed out as all the cabins she looked at that were “too expensive for what they were” doubled or tripled in price a few months later.
